A standard transfer is $45. If you have a current LTC it is only $40.

NFA transfers are free from Silencer Shop and $100 if it’s direct from Dealer. It must be paid prior to certification.

Currently as of 9/1/2026, if the suppressor is from Silencer Shop and you have an account with them, we can run it as a firearm with a 4473. If you are a GOA member, you can buy any suppressor with a 4473.

LTC does not apply for suppressor sales in our shop at this time.

We can help you if this is your first time. But here are the basic steps.

Feel free to ask any of our staff questions to help you decide what one is right for you.

2. Pick the suppressor you want and buy it, in store or online using Watermark as your FFL/SOT

3. Set up a Silencer Shop account, you can do your fingerprints in shop on the kiosk

4. When we have the suppressor in store we can run your background check. If you are approved you can take it same day

5. If the suppressor is not from Silencer Shop or you are not a GOA member, you can begin the Form 4 certification process as normal, once we receive it in store.

We want to be the best gun store for our local and visiting customers and offer them an experience while shopping at Watermark.

We can’t do that and be competitive with online pricing at the same time.

Yes of course. Keep in mind that we are not always paying cash for gun stores and will offer store credit. We also do not buy all guns. If it is not priced properly for our customers or it is not something we need or want in our inventory we may not make an offer.

We get asked this one a lot! The original idea was because the owners were there every day and we wanted to have one day off different than the other gun stores. Who knows maybe we will change to 7 days a week someday!

The basics:

You must be 18 and older to purchase a 16” rifle or shotgun. Mandatory 10 day waiting period after purchase.

You must be 21 and older to purchase a pistol.

You are required to have a current Texas drivers license or ID card with your current address on it.

You will fill out a background check after the sale is completed. There is a restocking fee if you get denied.

There are a lot of other legal nuances that apply to certain situations.

We can sell you a gun in our store and transfer it to an FFL in your home state. You are responsible for shipping and transfer fees as well as knowing your states gun laws and being able to pass the background check.

YES. Send us an email at Watermarkarms@gmail.com with the email address of the retailer. We will send them our FFL/SOT as needed.

Great question, as long as we can still order this item, we can buy it for you.

We do require you to pre pay for the firearm either in store or over the phone. Once we receive it into our books, you can come in and do your paperwork.

Most guns in stock at our dealers are delivered in less than a week.
